Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a retuTo be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

For goods with problems, please contact us by email and send the order number along with the product photo proof.  If your refund application is acceptable, we will send you an email and complete the refund within 1-3 working days.

Damages and issues
